Mapletree Business City (MBC) converted some 13.5 hectares of land in the former Alexandra Distripark into a world class business park in two stages: the first stage of MBC with 3 buildings MBC10, MBC20(MBC20E and MBC20W) and MBC30 was completed in April 2010 and linked to the rejuvenated 3-storey retail Podium (total 89,000 sqft of retail space and over 75 retail outlets) of PSA Building known as the Alexandra Retail Centre (ARC in short) and the second stage MBCII to be completed in 2016. MBC80 at 30-storey will be the tallest business park building built. This building has a net lettable area of 872,000 sqft of large continuous floor plate spanning 32,000 sqft per floor with column-free efficient working space. Working executives can also expect panoramic views towards the bay on the higher floors.

MBC70 has a net lettable area 104,000 sqft with a 28,000 sqft on the first floor and 8,000 sqft on its mezzanine floor. The mezzanine floor allows connectivity between the two floors via a staircase internally.

MBC60 has a net lettable area of 103,334 sqft over 4 storeys of business park space and a typical floor plate of 27,000 sqft while MBC50 has a net lettable area of 54,896.4 sqft over 2 levels of business park space with a typical floor plate of approximately 28,000 sqft.
